CRBN Insoles

CRBN × Netball

Built for the hardest stops in sport.

Netball's footwork rule turns every catch into a forced deceleration. Your insole should be doing some of that work.

What CRBN does for your netball game.

01

Absorb the landing, keep the spring

Catch, plant, stop, netball landings are among the most abrupt in sport. The CRBN stack is built for heel-to-toe shock prevention, and carbon fibre insoles are associated with a 25–30% decrease in peak impact forces.

02

Explode out of the stop

Intercepts and rebounds go to whoever leaves the ground first. The plate stores the energy of your landing and returns it on take-off, energy your old foam insole was throwing away.

03

Stable through the pivot

The contoured arch and rigid midfoot keep your foot supported as you pivot on a landed foot, instead of rolling around on collapsing foam.

All FAQs
Are they legal in netball?

We're not aware of any Australian netball competition that restricts insoles, they're an in-shoe comfort and support item. If you play at elite level, check your association's equipment rules.

Do they come in women's sizing?

Yes, choose the US Womens fit at checkout. CRBN sizing follows Nike sizing; if you're unsure, the sizing page has a foot-length table in centimetres.

Should I wear them straight into a game?

Train in them for 3–5 sessions first. The carbon plate feels firmer than foam until your legs adjust, most athletes are fully comfortable within a week.
