CRBN V2 is a performance insole with a supportive contoured arch, it is not a medical device, and we won't pretend otherwise. For foot pain or a diagnosed condition, see a podiatrist or pedorthist first.

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Don't submerge them, machine-wash them, or use harsh chemicals.

CRBN sizing follows Nike sizing. Sizes come in ranges (7.5/8 up to 12.5/13) with US Mens and US Womens fits, chosen at checkout. If you wear another brand or sit between sizes, measure your foot heel-to-longest-toe in centimetres and use the table on our sizing page.

Most athletic shoes take the CRBN V2 easily once the factory insole is out. Very narrow or low-volume shoes (some football boots, custom fits) can be tight.
