Coverage & cost
We ship worldwide. All Australian orders include free express shipping, with no minimum spend. For New Zealand and international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, and we keep those rates as low as we can through trusted couriers.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- Australia: 2–5 business days (express)
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Delivery times can vary with customs, weather, courier delays and holiday periods.
Customs, duties & address accuracy
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged on arrival in your country are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping rates. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, we can't be responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and additional fees may apply to resend an item.
