Coverage & cost
We ship worldwide from Sydney. All Australian orders include free express shipping, with no minimum spend. Everywhere else is a flat $20 AUD, no matter which country you're in or how much you order, so you know the total before you reach checkout.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- Australia: 2–5 business days (express)
- International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times can vary with customs, weather, courier delays and holiday periods.
Customs, duties & address accuracy
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged on arrival in your country are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the flat $20 rate. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, we can't be responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and additional fees may apply to resend an item.
Buying from outside Australia
Plenty of our orders go overseas and you get exactly what an Australian customer gets: the same insole, the same 30-day Feel-The-Difference Guarantee, tracking from the moment it leaves Sydney, and a real person on email who answers. Prices are shown in Australian dollars, so depending on where you are, the total in your own currency may be lower than it looks.
