The 30-Day Feel-The-Difference Guarantee
We're confident most athletes notice a real difference with CRBN V2, so we back it. Train in them, play in them, and if you're not feeling the difference within 30 calendar days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible, the insoles should reflect reasonable trial use, normal testing, not excessive wear, modification or damage. Submit your request within the 30-day window by emailing our support team. Once approved, you return the product; return shipping is at your cost and isn't refundable unless the item is faulty. After we receive and inspect the return, we issue a 100% refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping fees (where they applied) aren't included.
Your consumer rights come first. Our change-of-mind guarantee isin addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the guarantee window.
Order accuracy at checkout
Please review your order before completing checkout, product, size, fit, quantity and shipping address. Once an order is confirmed it enters our system straight away and may not be able to be changed or cancelled. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the product is deemed faulty, we'll cover shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
